Wendy's

My friend and I just finished getting food at Wendy's and I can say with certainty that Jason, the man who served us, is the best worker in his industry. We pulled up to order our food and he was so patient, kind, attentive and just everything that the food service industry is supposed to be. Not once in my life have I ever left a drive-thru so happy because Jason honestly made our day. All the way back home we were raving about how sweet and gentle he was, asking us if we had any questions and taking the extra time to just be a nice and courteous person. I truly hope that he or his managers find this message because I can guarantee that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his outstanding hospitality and I truly believe that he should be recognized and awarded profusely for the work he is doing. People like him are hard to come in today's day and age and is a gem amongst them all. Thank you again Jason for tour service, you are the best and I wish you well!

Food is usually warm and well made, no complains there. But my 5 stars go to Jason. He is seriously the most professional and nicest attendant I’ve encountered in a while. He is always super attentive to the order, well spoken, calm and contagiously nice. We work close by and usually pick up quick lunch here, it’s always nice to see him at the pickup window. I hope he gets an awesome bonus or a raise, cause he’s way nicer and more professional than the manager himself, no offense.

Update: I have changed my rating because they have really stepped up their game. The staff is super friendly and they always get my order right. The wait time in line is minimal. Much improved for sure! Old review: The staff in this location late at night is really rude and not polite at all. They are always in a bad mood and fighting eachother in front of customers. I dont think managers in this location are doing a very good job at training and guiding their employees. Update: I tried coming here again late at night. Going through the drive thru they ask the customer to move up and wait off the window. Then after taking the longest time they come out and bring your food to the car. No wonder this place os empty while Checkers across the street has a long line non stop.

Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me which of the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag). Great job!
