Dunkin'

So my homie came down and I had to find her a Dunkin is her oxygen :-) Uugh forget the young girls name who served me, but on the bright side, her customer service was top notch, her smile infectious and her tone of voice welcoming. All I can say is this young lady is going places and her pleasant demeanor and professionalism made our coffee taste just that must better... And as I drove around to get my coffee I had to remind myself that I came for the coffee, I was a little turned off by the condition of the outside which needs some love and attention! (holla at ya girl I can get it right)

I had an issue with the product freshness of the creamer used in my coffee, that I didn’t notice until I was miles away and had to return to the store. The barrister made a fresh coffee using a different product and after explaining why I should be refunded, the Manager agreed and refunded my money and gave me the coffee free.

I stop at this location once a month and impressed how they stay on top of the demand. Even though the lot is full they get you in and out in a timely manner. The only issue is they have a lot of people loitering and walking up on your vehicle as you order. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem helping people out (actually bought him breakfast) but please respect my space and let others conduct transactions with ease and safety. Very alarming at 5am.
