305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine

We went to 305 for dinner with 13 people (including kids). The waiters and owners were so kind from the beginning. Overall service was excellent! THE FOOD…. AMAZING! We had the ceviche sampler, and the anticuchos for appetizers. So delicious and fresh! The drinks were terrific as well. We ordered the Lomo Saltado and the Pargo a La Macha (everyone ordered the same). Those were stand out superb! Lomo was savory, and so good with the rice on the side. The Pargo was crispy and the sauce was so well seasoned and was well balanced! 10/10

The food and drinks were so delicious!! Our server Hazel, was so amazing!! If only all servers were this kind an attentive, service would be great in Miami. Hazel made our night so great from the moment we walked in to the very end, so knowledgeable so friendly, so attentive! Everything you’d like from customer service at a restaurant. Absolute yes! 305 Peruvian is worth it. The drinks were delicious, the ceviche platter was on point and everything we ordered was flavorful and beautifully plated. Absolutely recommend the mix ceviche platter if you are sharing with a group of 3-5 My risotto a la huancaina was perfection and the lomo saltado was flavorful. Lots on the menu and the few things we tried were top knotch. The decore was beautiful and I loved the attention to detail. There were flowers on each table, decorative pillows for those who sat near the couch sectionals, and elaborate wall decore with vibrant colors. Muchas gracias por su atención, la comida estuvo espectacular, y el servicio estuvo perfecto. Se nota que le echan ganas y les deseo éxito!

Excellent service, experience, once you come in you are greeted by the owner who is super nice and makes sure you’re always well treated. Food is fresh and made in the moment. Free parking in front of the restaurant. The waitress are super nice and are always attentive on all needs you might have. Environment super clean and fresh.

My meal was delicious and the service was amazing. I had a few questions on the items on the menu and the waiter was very polite. The plantain chips and green sauce are quite tasty. I would go back here again. I also ordered a Chicha Morada which was one of the better Chicha Morada's I've had. I also ordered a passionfruit cheesecake to-go, it was everything I could imagine in ordering a passionfruit cheesecake. The cheesecake had the distinct flavor of a tart passionfruit and the creamy texture cheesecake. I'd order it again without a doubt. My overall experience was quite pleasant.

I’ve tried a few different Peruvian restaurants in the Miami area. This one is definitely one of the best. The server I had was very kind & knowledgeable. He always came to the table to make sure that the water was filled and asked if everything was okay. Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful and amazing! My favorite dish has to be the Pasta Huancaina. The sauce was made to perfection and gave the dish a flavor that had me planning the next time I’d be going back. The location is also nicely lit for a more intimate dinner. Overall, I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for good dining.
