Whopper is good so is the royal crispy chicken pretty much everything is great the review before mine is a dude lying all the food is pretty great so is the companies corporate staff I don’t work there anymore a use to be a line cook but I really do love the food thanks bk merry Christmas also royal crispy with spicy glaze and tomatoes some cheese lettuce onions bacon get that it is delicious ❤️

UPDATE!!! I have changed my review from one stars to five stars. And I'm going to tell you why. After contacting their corporate offices and not their web page. Not only did I get a response I also received. Sincere apologies... And my full refund. That is how you handle customer service!! Five stars all the way around to their team!! Well I will not remove the review below, maybe you can use it as a guide on how to contact them if this happens to you if you order online and show up in your food is not there. Don't contact the bot, contact their corporate offices and I reach them through Facebook Messenger is where I got the best response!! Keep up the good work. BK!! I ordered lunch for my crew through their website, got an order confirmation for the entire thing. Drove to the restaurant to pick it up and they said they never received my order. They refused to give me the food even after showing them that we had confirmed all five meals would be ready and it even told us what time to be there. I have been going round and round with a bot on their website via email. None of the information that I have given to this bot is being digested. Instead I get the same answer over and over again. I have requested to speak to a human. Both telephone numbers for their corporate offices lead me to nowhere and try to get me to go back to the same site and argue with another robot. I have now gone through another avenue on another page of Burger Kings an emailed upper management. Let's see if they have any humans working upstairs who can use a telephone. $60.40 is there refund? I will be expecting. You guys need to get your poop in a group..

I went to the one at Winchester Rd at Mendenhall, Memphis, TN. about 4 pm today. Asked for a Whopper with cheese, and 'Everything', + add bacon. I noticed right away No onions so asked about it and she gave me some. When I got home there were No pickles too, but my daughter saved the day with a package of dilly bites! What happened to have it your way?! Everything else was fine- the fried onion rings and coke. And of course the burger was good, NOT Warm- that's ok, BUT GOOD! Why,. It's BURGER KING!

I was a Master Chef for 38 years in 8 states and retired a few years ago because I refuse to cook or serve undergrade food to save money! Anyways I have been to Burger King several times in the past year and was absolutely surprised how the whopper looks and taste. I never give fastfood restaurants a five star but the Whopper gets one. It had un wilted fresh lettuce, tomato was firm and fresh the onions were tastefully fresh the beef was perfect and for the first time in 15 years from any restaurant that the bun was extremely soft and didn't taste like pure preservatives. I will no longer go to McDonald's! Burger Kings whopper absolutely blows the Big Mac out of the water. The whoppers I ate were 100x better then big Mac. "I was not paid or ask to give this review.
