Butterfly Ball

The chicken panini was good, steak frites was also good. Lasagna was NOT lasagna, rather slices of eggplant with ratatouille and melted cheese on top. It was good, but not at all what was expected. Also, pasta carbonara was excellent. Just be forewarned, it comes with a raw egg yolk in the middle. Wait staff was prompt, courteous, offered suggestions, and outside of attending to what we wanted stayed out of sight. Place is clean, well kept. No kids menu options, but not a deal breaker.

Spending the day in Miami after our cruise, we decided for that French restaurant and had a great experience. The menu is very attractive with many salads and bowls as well as more traditional French dishes. Salmon with ravioles is amazing, can’t recommend it enough. Deserts are homemade and outstanding, the blueberry lemon tart is great. Stephane, the owner, is very nice and mades sure our lunch experience was perfect. If you look for a nice affordable restaurant within walking distance from Port Miami, Butterfly Ball is definitely an option to consider.

Butterfly Ball is a hidden gem. A small friendly restaurant, with over the top service. The food is incredibly good, The coffee was smooth. Crepes were delicious. I tried the egg and ham, and the chicken with mushrooms and both were outstanding. Today the brunch special Egg benedict and I can't find the words to describe how delicious they are. All I can say is that these are the best egg benedict I have ever tasted.

Great food for the price!! I got the Shrimp Papparadelle delivered and it was still piping hot. The flavor profile is great and the portions are very generous. The only thing I can nitpick about is the pasta was overcooked and stuck together. It could be due to the fact that I got it delivered, but I'll have to make the trip to the restaurant to confirm.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the food, the owners, Thierry and Valerie, and the atmosphere of Butterfly Ball. This is one of the only restaurants that I try a different dish every time! Awesome place with reasonable lunch prices and home cooked meals every day. Love it! And they have a loyalty card as well.
