Outback Steakhouse

Food was delicious. Fabulous cocktails. Unfortunately service was extremely slow indeed. It took approximately 20mins for our drink order to be taken and drinks were served after our starters were served. The restaurant wasn't that busy at all, but it seems staff numbers were low, which I believe is the reason for the slow service.

I came with my husband for dinner to the Outback in Flagler. The location was really modern, new and clean. We had appetizers, drinks and two dinners. My dinner did not come cooked correctly and after I sent my food back a very kind gentleman named "Cedric" came to my table and apologized for the mistake and said he personally would prepare my meal. Shortly after he brought me my dinner and it was cooked perfectly!! He was very courteous, apologetic and attentive. Checked up on us several times afterwards. I did not know he was a manager because he was the one who greeted & sat us down at our table, was bringing out food from the kitchen to several tables and I also saw him cleaning tables! I think he is a major asset to the company doing the job of many and providing a great dining experience. Our bartender and server was "Gigi" she was very nice and delightful and always around our section. Definitely will be returning to this location soon. Only complaint is the entrance to the restaurant parking lot, a little confusing and inconvenient.

To start things off, our server Grace provided us with excellent service. The frech onion soup and chili are are always great choices, they never disappoint. I was really happy I ordered the Bloomin burger, it was delicious from beginning to end. Everything was so good, we didn't have room for dessert. I really like the this new location.

Went to this outback while visiting Miami. I was there Halloween night and saw the manager wearing a fun costume. I returned one week later for dinner and sat at the bar. The manager waited on me personally. I had a great experience. He was fun interactive, and very nice. Thank you for the great dinner.

Bladimir’s service was exceptional!! I have been to Outback most likely over 500 times in my life and I have never had an experience like this. From the food quality, service, and cleanliness I was very impressed in this post Covid world. I haven’t written a review in the months I have been coming here because I didn’t want anyone to know how good this outback was (the old one down the street fell apart as most Outback’s did in the 2010’s, but this location feels timeless like the 90s quality).
