The ladies team here on Sunday 11/5/23 Coconut Grove at around 9:30am deserve a hug and a big Bonus!
These ladies (Supv Johanna & Team) are dealing with an avalanche of orders coming from all sides in such a professional way… For the wait we had to undergo we would be sending in a complaint, but after seeing this team in action for quite a few minutes we have to conclude they are Retail Heroes…
However, they do deserve more support from you as Manager.
With all the pressure, these ladies delivered exactly as ordered and were still in a good friendly attitude. Wow!

I really like this Starbucks. It’s located in one of the main corners of Coconut Grove. The place is really cozy with big windows next to the table. Is really nice to have a coffee and sit next to window to watch people walking around the neighborhood or just to sit there a get some work or study done. Enjoy!

Typical starbucks! Great place to get a drink and snack. They have a great cup selection too. Only thing is sitting indoors or outdoors is very limited in space, busy, and a bit messy. Definitely not a spot you can just do work on your laptop or study at, moreso to grab a quick bite and go!

Officially one of my favorite Starbucks. Busy but the service is good. Ethan, one of the managers, is awesome. Honestly nothing is better than awesome customer service!

I always come to this place, the atmosphere is very nice, the employees are very attentive and respectful. Super clean place, you can enter with your pet, do not forget to ask for "Free" whipped cream for your dog. This place is great. It does not have parking but you have parking options within walking distance.
