Dogma Grill

The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich is the best I’ve had (and I’ve had great ones in Philly, SFO, and DC). I had it with grilled onions, mushrooms, sweet and hot peppers. Wow! It was perfect. My wife tried the “Falafel Gyro” and I was lucky enough to try a bite. Again, WOW!! Dogma nailed it! We went on Sunday August 20, 2023 for lunch. The wait was quick and the music was good. Nice employees, great service.

A Biscayne Blvd staple. Going to Dogma always puts me in a good mood and the food has never once disappointed. It's simple, it's fresh, it's tasty. Outdoor seating only -- and you might think, with the boulevard right there??! (Dogma sits on a busy corner, too!) But it's so cozy and private and fairly quiet because of the potted hedge that goes around, and umbrellas overhead for the tables. There are also cute little sparrows who sometimes come hopping out looking for scraps, which is a plus in my book...

Decided to try this place with my dog since it is pet friendly. They have different options on the dog which I was happy about since I don’t eat red meat or pork, it was so delicious. They have different side options as well. Definitely a place I’ll come back to and eat from again. Of course they have a plain dog for your dog too. The price is reasonable for an outing.

I loved everything about this place! Seating is outside but covered and breezy with fans in case it's too hot. We got a Tropicale hot dog, a Texas Tommy hot dog, a Pitchfork hot dog (not pictured) and a sloppy joe. Everything came out hot and ready! So much so that we needed to wait on the sloppy joe to eat last as it was too hot to hold (I assume this to why it's served open faced to give it a chance to cool). Overall a fun place and experience. We didn't get to sit and eat at the restaurant, but they nicely packed everything to go and nothing turned over. I recommend the lemonade and any of the hot dogs as you won't be disappointed.

A wide variety of items to choose from on their menu- sandwiches, Philly cheese, sausages & brats, burgers, hot dogs and sides. They have 14 types of hot dogs! Price is reasonable, definitely cheaper than nearby places. Here, a burger is $5.75 to $8.25. Go to the spots nearby and you’re paying double, if not triple that. Cute outdoor dining area as well, with lots of parking. Got our hot dog in a few minutes.
