Healthy option for your late lunch in the area. It's located above the street level so take stairs up to find it. Really like the option of choosing and building your own salad by marking your choices. Staff very passionate about what they do and friendly. Would recommend to add more options of spices available on the tables for customers to use to fine tune the tastes to their salads (allowing the creativity to be made by the customers as well ) (e.g add oregano or powder garlic on top of the classic black pepper and salt).
Overall concept is really great and worth paying the visit.

Los dueños son súper amables, la comida buenísima, se nota que usan productos frescos y de calidad, es un oasis entre tantos sitios de fast food que hay por la zona, visita obligada en Maspalomas. No dejéis de probar los postres y los licuados.

Finally, a very good place in Yumbo. Perfect food as everything is fresh and perfectly prepared. The result for salad is just perfect, deserts are also homemade and delicious. You will be welcomed like food is here : warmly and tastely.

Très bel accueil. Les garçons sont d’une grande gentillesse. Les produits sont locaux et frais. Le repas parfait quand il fait chaud. À recommander : le banoffee en dessert, une tuerie! Et un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bravo.
