BEST BURGER I’VE HAD!! Don’t be confused by the ordinary outside of this dynamite locals only burger spot! This off the beaten path mom and beach pop burger joint is easily the best burger I’ve had in California and maybe my life! I recommend the single cheese burger with 2 slices of Kraft singles American plastic cheese and ask for a dash of ketchup on the burger (chef’s special secret order 😉don’t tell anyone else outside this review) topped off with their uniquely salted French fries. Gulp it all down with their special one of a kind Coca-Cola fountain recipe that will have you staying up all night every night dreaming of it! Enjoy and keep this spot out little beach burger secret!

This is a McDonald's so you know going in what you are getting. It is cheap eats and usually quite good. Sadly, this one fails on many levels. The ice cream machine is often broken, sometimes they are closed when they should be open and now and again the service is not great. But they have never messed up my order, it has always been hot and exactly as ordered. The place is somewhat clean, they need to work on that. They have games on the table which is cool, but sometimes they don't work. This is a fine McDonald's. just don't expect to be wowed with their service or anything else for that matter.

Don't give this place your business! Any of the other McDonald's that are close by are fine. On multiple occasions the rude staff here doesn't seem to care about the customer. More often than not, they are grumpy and unfriendly. The work culture there feels very toxic. They've gotten my order wrong so many times. I think because many of the staff don't speak good enough English. They've also failed to return my credit card at the drive through. When I called later, they said they had it. But when I went back to get it the next day, they had lost it again. I never did get the card back. Also, frequently at night they are out of many items. Last night they ONLY had drinks available. We now make a point to avoid this location whenever possible.

Fortunately, there is always a McDonald's within driving distance, because this particulary McDonald's restaurant is horrid with quality of service and quality of product. Thrice I've gotten OJ, which were not cold but at room temperature making me wonder of it's freshness. The staff seems to be undertrained, or simply unmotivated perhaps. And, when attempting to speak to the manager an two occasions, I didn't just get the brush off, I was completely ignored. I assure you, dear reader, I will never visit this McDonald's again. Fortunately, for me, I live equidistant between two other McDonald's.

It’s not easy to drive in the area . It’s congested . Bad drivers in the area. No proper seating in the area No seating for the pets Folks who Visit are usually not friendly or grumpy . Next to gas station Area is ok but comes with potential drugeee ( not homeless ) is city or store doing any thing to report this ? The place is congested so not sure if we can really use it . The place needs renovation and some good employees who really enjoy working there . Lot of issues hence giving average rating . You have lot of traffic and money flows but zero upkeep . MacD need to keep attention to this place as it gives. Bad name.

EMPLOYEE DIDN'T WASH HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM!!! PINCHE VIEJO COHCHINO NO SE LAVÓ LAS MANOS!!! Worst experience I've ever had in a McDonalds! I seen an employee use the urinal and walk out without washing I was appalled plus they got my order wrong, food was cold, and they forgot to add the appropriate utensils and accommodations. DON'T COME HERE!
