Mcdonald's

Went this morning for breakfast and we ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. The wait at the drive-thru was ridiculous, there was only 1 car in front of me(their order was only $5) and we waited 15 minutes, then when we got the food the person at the window didn't even say a single word to me and I stupidly didn't check our food before leaving. Well my daughter opened her sandwich and there was no bread, so I gave her mine which also didn't have any bread! I was already too far away to go back so I called to let them know and the phone rang for 5 minutes and when the person answered just said "hey" very rudely. Never going to this location again.

This is the second time I ordered from this location and my order was made wrong. I got 6 double cheeseburgers 3 without pickles add Mac sauce yet they have pickles and no sauce. Tried to call 4 times to let them know the mistake but of course no one answer the phone like usual. I’m so done with McDonald’s

I dont like this location. I had a coupon for a free value meal from the last time my order was screwed up. This location is on my way to work and it was quite awhile since i had been there. Went to the drive up on the outside lane and no one took my order. I pulled up to the cashier and told him no one answered and then he told me to go the next window where the she said i had to go back through the other lane that was working. Ugh. I went through and had to have a manager tell them how to use the credit. Oh, and i wanted the #3 with a milk and was told they were out. Took me 12 minutes. Will not return to that location.

I hate posting but I feel like I have too in this case. I pulled into the drive-through at 11:45pm. Plenty of time to get through and leave before their midnight menu is activated. I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes. Without a peep. And them was told they were now cash only, which I expected and understood, but was told I could not get an item that was very clearly still available on their menu. First time I've had a bad experience there, but the order taken was rather rude about it and didn't try to make any apology for the wait.

My fiance got sicker then a dog she ended up getting food poisoning. My son got a happy meal the apples were not kept in the fridge where they should have been kept. Fries were burnt and hard. A bunch of young kids were working and not really paying attention to the customers. Very dirty and restroom were very disgusting.
