I had just eaten at Jollibee SM City Lucena and saw that they already had a Tray Return Nook, thus the five-star rating.
This is great--a highly-refined dining-in practice that must be emulated by other food outlets, such as McDonald's, where customers are leaving their food trays, with their food waste and trash on them, just on the table (certainly an eyesore, not to mention that it speaks volumes about our dining habits).

Some people haven't made their mind yet once they've reached the cashier (minsan dun pa sa unahan magtatanungan kung anung gusto orderin), so it's a plus that they're taking orders in advance to cut the waiting time.

The crews are okay. But sometimes I don't find the real reason in taking orders in advance and they don't do advance call. The papers are just wasted.
