When we chose this restaurant, there was one other table of 4 seated. They left shortly after and our VIP experience could finally begin. Having the restaurant to ourselves, we were concerned that our hosts would rush us for our orders, but this was not the case.
Fifteen minutes later and we ordered our drinks. When these arrived I was pleasantly surprised that my apple juice had been upgraded to Pineapple and Pear, thanks to our VIP status.
I was disappointed that our food was not upgraded and so my choice of scrambled eggs, beans and toast arrived. This was served pre cooled so we wouldnt burn our mouths on our meal. The eggs were pre scrambled in the shell, for efficient cooking time. The dish was garnished with a beautiful slice of tomato that had been cooked on one half but not the other, to cater to all palettes.
In short, if you would like a meal as cold as the atmosphere, I would recommend the VIP experience at San Simon
On a hot summers day, a nice cold english breakfast is what I needed. I ordered an apple juice but they knew better and served me with a pineapple infused pear juice. I garnished my deliciously cold bacon with the culinary delight of the rice infused salt shaker and buttered my toast with what can only be described as a frozen milk paste. I was fantastically curious with the technique they use to create a fried egg that was both burnt and cold at the same time, what a taste sensation!
I'll tell you this for free, there's nothing better than chowing down on some freshly refrigerated baked beans whilst the modern day shakespeare, Pitbull is blared through the speakers. It'd be a shame to miss out!
Great local gastro centre. Sometimes live music outside. Delicious local food. Reasonable prices. Close to all bus stations.
First time I have visited, had a coffee and a hot dog. Food delicious service very friendly.
Love this place curry pasta fab.lovely resturant.
