Lily Flower Shop is professional, efficient, and courteous and created for us beautiful, bountiful flowers. I found Erika 40 days before my wedding since a previous florist did not work out. I texted her a color scheme, description of the wedding arch, pictures of the reception, ceremony areas and she used her creativity and experience to create spectacular floral arrangements. She was able to do this quickly over the phone since I lived far away. She created two large bouquets for our wedding arch, eleven reception centerpieces, one bridal bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets, and four boutonnières. Everything was delivered on time and fresh. Erika is a true professional, very passionate and knowledgeable about flowers.

Erika made my wedding flower dreams come true!! I could not believe how stunning out centerpieces came out--she made them even more beautiful than i could imagine! I started off with a vision in mind and she helped me decide which flowers I would work well and what it would all cost. Later down the line, I found a different idea and wanted to go in that direction, and she was so patient! I sent her inspiration photos and she understood my vision. She was extremely kind, professional, details, and answered every question I had. On our wedding day, she set everything up and the result was stunning!!! I could not have asked for a better florist. Never been here but ordered some flowers after a death in the family and was told that they were beautiful. The only thing I would like to see changed is for a human to answer the phone and not be immediately pushed straight into voice mail. I will say though that the employee did call me back within five minutes of my message, which was nice and unexpected, and also called when the flowers were delivered which was also a plus!

I ordered flowers from out of state to a family member who graduated. I was very nervous as I’d never ordered flower delivery before and I’m not local. The woman who took the call was helpful and nice. My family got the flowers and were very happy with them. They sent a picture of them and they were amazing!! Beautiful floral arrangement with a vase, and decorated with ribbon. It couldn’t have been better! Thanks for making my nerves and stress disappear!

Erika is amazing! I wanted to surprise my new wife in our honeymoon with flowers, champagne, chocolates, and a rose petal “I Love You” on our hotel bed. Erika helped me find a shop for the Champagne and snacks, and even special ordered the artificial rose petals and balloons for the special occasion. She then picked everything up and delivered it, along with a beautiful Lily and long stemmed rose bouquet to the hotel. Erika has helped to create a memory that I and my new wife will never forget. Great customer service, wonderful atmosphere, and fast transactions! A nice place to frequent. I was just planning on going to Trader Joe's to get some sunflowers to brighten my day, but I'm glad that I decided on Lily's! I was able to just walk in, and choose from a few beautiful bouquets on the spot.
