$$ to $$$ Very nice organic market with everything for your special gourmet meals! They even offer organic food for your pets. This attractive market is small but it has so much to offer, only the best of organic... The location for this Kress Market is very nice; it is near everything downtown Long Beach so it is a great area to find a lot of interesting places. I recently rediscovered Long Beach and what it has to offer, and that is a whole lot. I keep going back to this area and finding a lot of cool places like Kress Market. This is an upscale organic grocery and has a sit down deli section. The entire place is clean and well organized. I had a pastrami sandwich for lunch. It was not oily. There is free water self serve style at one end of the deli. There was also a meat loaf sandwich as lunch special. $11 for a sandwich.

Where to start...you could spend a good hour just looking at all the healthy, vegeterian, vegan, gluten free options Kress carries in their little market. Their Deli has the healthy organic options that fast food places try to offer and more. Hilda carefully selects every single thing she brings in her kitchen and market. Very happy to know this place is here. Friday nights tacos are awsome. All the neighbors come out and hang out, it's very family oriented. Nice place to chill and meet people. Every third Friday they have live entertainment. Great meet up place.

Love this place. My favorite salad is the Apple Walnut Chicken Salad. They make the best salmon sandwich. If you have a sweet tooth, then you can just walk to their Market area and pickup a chocolate. During these uncertain times with staying home. I make sure I order my lunch from this place and help the business with my grain of sand.

They have awesome sandwiches! I've never spent more than a minute or two in the actual market part because I'm always too excited to eat my sandwich. People that work there are nice, and they have a patio. Food is delicious and on the healthier side... Potato salad made with mustard and no mayo? Yesss 😍

I don't know the name of the sandwich, but it was all veggies and it was delicious. I've never had shredded carrots on a sandwich before but now it's a regular addition. The eatery is small, but I imagine turnover is quick with the sandwiches and salads served here. Small market with the basics, some vegan products, and lots of snacks.
