Wendy's

I went in early in the morning after a long day at work. The employee that was there (dark skin with dreads) was so nice and had excellent customer service! I heard her tell the customer “I’m the only one here” but she said it with no attitude! She is passionate about her job. I rarely leave good reviews because I never have time, but I had to leave one because of this experience!

Old lady there with grey hair really rude for no reason, never experienced that before. Asked repeatedly and rudely if I was done ordering when there was literally no one else in line and I was just asking kids if they wanted anything. When order called, and went to pick up tray, she just stared at me. Really lady?? Glad my wife didnt see, otherwise would have irritated her before going to Pinnacle mountain. Food and atmosphere great, but giving 2 stars based on rude service.

This Wendy's is so bipolar. Sometimes it’s hot, fresh, and amazing. Other times it’s straight trash. They are usually backed up when I’ve been. I don’t like their fries, they are generally very greasy and taste like it. I prefer baked tater or chili over the fries. It’s ok, definitely not amazing and most of the time, customer service is decent.

This Wendy's has the option for carry out and curbside available. I thought I would be able to go into the restaurant since I choose "Carry Out". The employee standing outside smoking a cigarette told me the lobby was closed and that I could not go inside. He told me I needed to wait in the drive thru. Like he was so busy smoking his cigarette he couldn't just grab it for me. He ended up calling a coworker and talked about me in front of me. My food was ordered 20 minutes ahead, for me not to be able to just go in and grab it, was absolutely ridiculous. I would have canceled my order and went somewhere else if I had the option. The order ahead option is great for people who have timed lunches and have to go back to work. I am sure Wendy's has the abilities to turn off the "Carry out" and "Curbside" options. Lazy and rude experience. Worst customer service ever.
