Taco Bell

Worst taco bell EVER. Rude people. Manager hung up on me. Didn't give us receipt and didn't give us all of our food. Wanted us to bring all the food back to make sure they didn't forget even after we ate it and touched what we had. This is the worst customer service especially during the covid 19 pandemic. Food wasn't fresh. I will never return to this location! Waste of money and time.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. I went in to let them know I had missing items after putting in a mobile order and using the drive-through. They were rude about having to make the items they missed the first time. No hair nets and long hair almost touching the food. Unhygienic. I rarely eat Taco Bell as it is and definitely won't be back anytime soon.

i never make complaints like this cause i have worked fast food and i know exactly how it is but SOMEBODY from the taco bell corporate or some need to stay there during the over might shift ALL the workers is lazy. i literally have recordings of us pulling up at 12:00 or 1:00 after i get off from work of them saying there out of ALL meat or that there systems is down repeatedly. i always have to take my money to the taco bell on colonel glenn cause john barrow is SO LAZY. its like if they’re going do that then they mightest well close at 11 or something like other fast food places do cause y'all just got workers on the clock stealing time and NOT working and all i be wanting is damn regular soft taco and cant even get that 😡 IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD !!

Was in the drive thru for 1hour and 20 minutes when I got to the window the girl said our system is down we're not doing any more orders I'd like 2 hours before they close they could have put a sign outside that said sorry we're closed she was very rude you know their system goes down about twice a week they can't take orders they can't add and subtract get a calculator take a order it's easy
