Wendy’s in downtown Little Rock is rather busy during breakfast hours. The line is around the building out into the street. Today, I say all of this to say I was in line and was pleased with how quickly it moved. The staff had the cars moving. I could hear the lady on the speaker. My order was repeated back to me correctly. My order was correct, and my food was temperature hot.

Food is always prepared fresh and is hot. Sometimes it's a wait but always well worth it. The young people that work in there are always polite. The beans in the chili can sometimes be a little undercooked, but other than that, I have no complaints. Burgers are always well prepared and juicy🍔bacon is always fully cooked. Best Wendy's in town.

I visit this location often for breakfast and/or lunch. They are always busy but move quickly. Food is always fresh and hot. Of course something has to be said about the staff….they are ALL THE BEST! They are always super friendly and respectful even during the rush of breakfast/lunch and with smiles on their faces! I honestly can’t think of one bad experience I’ve had with this location.

I ordered the BACON Gouda burger On the night of 10/15/21 , emphasis on BACON because there wasn’t any as you can see. The wait time was long, but that really didn’t bother me. What bothered me was the food i received, if they were out of bacon I would’ve GLADLY ordered something else. On top of that the burger was cold as if it had been sitting there, the onions were hard. The only thing I enjoyed out of this meal were my fries. If I wasn’t already back on the highway home I would’ve taken this mess back!

The lady at the cash register was real nice but the food wasn't. The baked potato tasted like it was a week old and the chili I got was really the worst that I've ever gotten from a Wendy's before. That's what I usually get is chili and a baked potato. The lady was nice like I said a but I won't be going back there again. I don't like to waste my money.

Food was great, I love Wendy's... unfortunately the manager was rude and not very nice a person, after they let me stand unattended for about 30 minutes before taking my order. But fortunately their was a young appear to be teenage girl that service made up for her managers rude behaviors. I would give the young lady 5stars the manager lady 0stars the store 2

Slow. Staff have no training. This location is horrible. You can go sit down at an actual restaurant faster than their drive thru.
If you must go, avoid literally anything close to "busy" like the plague, and don't leave the window without checking your food.
The drive thru experience ranges from 15-35 minutes (not even kidding)..and 9/10x your food will be wrong when you finally get it, or cold, or thrown in the bag without being wrapped properly.....ok, I've slammed y'all enough.

Love this place, but no chocolate frosty's, my son is in hospital trying to keep his weight up for heart transplant. He loves chocolate frosty. Bring back the chocolate!!
