WOW. GREAT customer service. I placed an online order in which I took off the ham and pork from the super supreme pizza; however, I left the sausage on the pizza. One of the employees called to confirm that I would still be okay with pork products being on the pizza. Though I removed the meats bc I don't like them and not for religious reasons, I thought this was a super considerate that they took the time to call and confirm that I'd be okay with pork products on the pizza. Way to go Pizza Hut! Awesome consideration.

The employees are always great, food is consistently good, andelivery is hot and fast. I gave one star because I get a message saying I can get free pizza. Just take this survey. Which turns into another and another and it just keeps going. I feel like these are marketing scams. You get as much info from people until they quit. I'd like to know how many people actually complete this and how much time and money it takes. Anyway I'm disappointed a national chain would use one of these scams. I wont be getting pizza hut for a long time because of this.

The pizza was stale, semi warm and only one employee even attempted to assist during the buffet. We had to wait almost 15 minutes to get any pizza from buffet because they weren't being put out in time. The drinks were limited, but that was the best of the whole experience. For the money spent, the buffet is not worth it.

I'm leaving my original post below as a testament to how far they've come.
I had the best experience the past two times I've been there. I believe after my original post (which was probably 3 years ago) they've undergone new management, but regardless they are definitely on the upswing when it comes to correctness of your order and overall friendliness. I'm definitely glad I decided to give them another chance and they improved every time afterwards. This is now one of our favorite pizza locations.
Original Post: Worst Pizza Hut ever! Save your money and go next door to Whole Hog or Subway. The employees are rude. They run out of product. Timeliness is completely unimportant to them. I've only ordered to go from them, but based on their attitude and promptness, I would say there's a great chance it's also dirty and disgusting.

I was greeted as I walked in. I felt welcome. The buffet is over at 1:30, so don't walk in at 1:20 and expect to get new stuff on the buffet, fyi. I got a personal pan meal, took about 7 minutes for a fresh pizza. Only have 4 stars cuz that leaves room to grow. I was not disappointed in my meal.

I'm a waiter. I know the kitchen life. So when I order two pizzas damn near closing time, I'm okay with it being 10 minutes late. My pizzas arrived exactly as I ordered them and the driver was really chill. I order from this location all the time and I've never had a reason to complain. Keep calm, keep Sriracha.

Online delivery time showed 55-65 mins. 10 mins after it was due I called to check and was told it was leaving the store right then. 35 mins later finally got my pizza. Driver said they were having computer problems and were being given new and old orders to deliver.
Ordered and paid for extra cheese some slices had spots of missing cheese and pizza was burnt.
Most times I order from there the pizza is late and/or the marinara sauce is sour.
Will take my business back to Papa John's or US Pizza only.
