This is a hidden gem. Very clean restaurant and the food was great for a Subway. Would definitely go out of my way to get their ultimate Italian sandwich with spinach and banana peppers.

The posted hours for this location are 9pm for closing. I get here at 8:45pm and they refused to serve me. I guess I will drive out to Loves ❤️!

I've been to many Subway locations through the years and this one is the worst. The employee wasn't very polite to another customer nor myself. I ordered and paid for a large drink but she insisted I paid for a medium (they keep the large cups behind the counter and don't seem to give them out at all). The food wasn't as fresh as it should be.
I was incredibly disappointed in the intentional dishonesty and the poor food quality. I won't return to this location.

If I had 0 as an option, that would be the rating. I had coupons sent in the mail. Took the coupons in and the guy said the SYSTEM wouldn't ACCEPT the but 1 footlong get one free. I could use ANY other coupon but that one. I told the guy that it was a blatant lie and left. Will never go there again. They are usually pretty rude, but this one was the last straw. Please don't go to Subway by UAMS.

So if you are perfect, then go ahead and order here! If you make a simple mistake by accidentally making a duplicate order online, they will absolutely NOT refund you in any type of way and will hang up on you when you are seriously trying to be polite. I would happily give 0 stars if I could, I will never be back. It’s sad because I work very close to this branch and I would try to order it once a week for lunch.

The only reason I’m giving a one star rating is because there is no option for a zero.
I sent my husband and father in to pick up a few sandwiches and there was a worker there who dangled a coupon in my husband and father’s faces yet she wouldn’t scan it for the discount.
No wonder it looks like this particular restaurant is in hot water, they disrespect their customers and think it’s funny. We didn’t need the coupon but it would have been helpful especially after telling them about it.

So this location is not accepting any kind of discount or normal specials as it has posted is due to increased cost because of Covid 19. That's fine. But it's also posted a mask is required. The employees only wear masks covering their mouth and not the nose. If you wanna make rules and business decisions good, but follow your own rules.
