Shipley Donut

We received great customer service from a woman at this location! Their donuts tasted great!! On customer service and taste review, it would be 5/5. The reason for 1 less star than 5 is the following: the cinnamon roll and cinnamon twist strangely had no cinnamon. (I would have done 4.5 if possible). They also did not sell the butterfly roll or a chocolate cake on our visit, which appear to be staples at Shipley’s. One young worker dropped a glove on the floor, picked it up, and placed it back on the counter to be used. I informed a worker who threw it away. I also asked what kind of nuts this one donut had - if they were walnuts- he replied, “I don’t know. It’s just a nut.” He then asked another worker for clarification, which . It was a learning opportunity for the young worker, which we have all needed before in life. I will definitely try this location again because the woman extended great customer service and the donuts were delicious.

The girl behind the counter was so sweet and when I told her I was from out of town she gave the best recommendations. The Long John's with chocolate filling are the best!!! Though just the glazed donuts were out of this world. If you've ever been to Thomas Donuts in PCB this is a real, real, close second to really being neck and neck as the best donuts!!!!!

Usually Great...BUT🤷‍♀️Chocolate Doughnuts Tasted like some kind of Mint was in the Chocolate??? I called and let them know. The lady acted as though was lying 🤔 I let her know I couldn't return the uneaten ones Because I had delivered them to another location. They said definitely...mint was in them too👍 Just wish she didn't act as tho I was trying to get something for free. .Dang I purchased 3 dozen that morning...Thank goodness only 1 dozen was that nasty Mint contamination 🥺
