Panera Bread

Received a free choose 2 and 1 free bagel fault in the month of Jan (no add'l purchase) loaded to my app, so breakfast & lunch was a no brainier. Ordered a blueberry begal for breakfast. Requested it be cut and toasted. Had strawberry cream cheese at work. Lunch I ordered the Chipotle Chicken & avocado sandwich & green Goddess salad with Thai lime vinegarette dressing. I love this dressing. It's spicy and delicious!

This review was a 5, several years ago. This location now barely even serves as a passable cafe. Worst customer service imaginable, they ignore you and continue speaking to each other as you approach the counter. And then proceed to feed you, with what I surmise to be scraps. Absolutely not worth your time, take a one minute stroll and hit the Newk’s across the street. This is not a one off event. This is the worst Panera I have EVER been to.

Very nice Panera. They have large tables for larger groups, which we had. The staff was very helpful and had our food and drinks to us in a very short time. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Our whole group was very relaxed, we never felt like we were rushed to get out. We will be back.

I have never left a review, but I was totally ripped off by Panera on Cantrell Thursday evening. I stopped by last night to pickup dinner. I ordered a full teriyaki chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli cheese soup and a large drink. I got home with my order and there was maybe a couple of bites of chicken with heaps of arugula lettuce and it was on a burned chibotta bun. It was the worst. I paid $19.12 for something I couldn’t even eat. I cleared away the arugula and ate the two bite of teriyaki chicken. I will not be going back to Panera again. I don’t think this place even deserves one star.

Open, ample outside seating, shielded from the parking lot - can be sunny and hot in summer. The interior is the standard, warm, orange interior. It's quiet, and a good place to get away to work, while catching a bite. The menu is the standard chain-wide menu, but well executed. I don't believe it has the customer operated, computerized order menus (works for me, they are more of a pain and take away jobs from people).
