Santo Coyote Restaurant

Everything was good! Food was served hot and taste great. had the taco salad and it was good, exactly what I expected I would definitely recommend. I'll go back to try out some more things then update my review Update:: I tried some new items and everything was good! So far one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve tried.

This place has been here forever but I always thought it was just another run of the mill Tex-mex. I felt the quality and portions per price is very reasonable. Service was great, chips and salsa, and fajitas all tasted delicious. Decor and seating is modern and no complaints. I will definitely be returning, I was very surprised and satisfied.

This is a tricky one. One visit, in bad weather and with Covid and all, I don't want to be harsh. The food was good. The service wasn't bad, but it was problematic. We waited for half an hour, then waited for almost that to just get drinks and have our order taken. No refills on salsa or drinks for that long again... Then the food finally came and only part of it came out, they didn't bring us everything, when we asked about the missing food they brought the wrong stuff, and then it took another half hour of asking to get the check. Dinner shouldn't take 3 hours.

We had to remind the waiter to bring us water twice and we waited quite some time, so I know he was having a rough time. Atmosphere was a solid 1 since we got sat next to not one, but two huge family/kid parties and the track lighting pointed directly into our eyes. When our food arrived it was INCREDIBLY soggy and soaking with grease, even the vegetables.
