Nickel & Bean

I just want the staff at Nickel and Bean to know, I appreciate you very much! Your breakfast sandwich is perfect. Seriously. I haven’t had a better breakfast sandwich, ever! The biscuit is phenomenal and the special sauce makes it that much better! I’ve had it multiple times and I can always count on it being amazing every time. You don’t get that type of consistency and quality with a fast food breakfast sandwich. Today I tried the strawberry smoothie. Blown away. I’m super picky, and very particular with food, and am most of the time disappointed. I’ve never felt that way once at Nickel and Bean. 5 stars! Your food, staff, and building are amazing, so Thank You! I’m not a coffee drinker, but, If it’s anything like their other food, pastries, smoothies, and drinks, there’s no doubt it’s phenomenal! I would highly recommend going out of your way to make this a stop!

Driving thru on our way to Maine, found this coffee house. Beautiful old building that they have restored. Staff very friendly. Had a mocha and strawberry scone. My husband had coffee and herb scone. Food and coffee were good. Bakery items were fresh. The only thing i would suggest would be to have a full menu to chose from. We saw photos from past reviewers that led us to the place, but when we got there we did not see anything hot. Either way, it was a good breakfast. 👍

They are so freaking nice every time! I have allergies and they’re always so nice about, some places hate me because I ask to read labels but I get really sick from certain ingredients. I was allowed to double check the ingredients and the girl working didn’t make me feel like a psycho. Then she made the greatest latte I have ever had in my life, just sensational. I will go here before anywhere else. Best local coffee spot in Richland county!

Woooowww. Such good coffee, food, and an incredibly friendly staff! Highly recommend the energy bites and blackberry vanilla (house specialty?) latte. I’m not one for flavored lattes but it was just a tad sweet and very refreshing. The biscuit sandwich was good - I liked the fluffy egg patty & aioli - but could have used some greens and/or tomato to lighten it up a bit. This will absolutely be a stop for me each and every time I go back and forth to Columbus!! Support small businesses!!
