Wendy's

Sad experience at this location! We came here on our way to our daughter's house. While the menu shows an original Baconator, which is 2 beef patties. I only received a single patties version. Also, my "large fries" were half full at best! (See picture) The fries also were not hot or crisp! I do not recommend this location!

I find it ridiculous that a customer cannot get an item on the menu at dinnertime. Three of the last four times I have been to this location they have not had baked potatoes. I wonder if the franchisee is aware of the business they are loosing because of this. I will never eat at this location again. I love Wendy's but this location is pathetic.

I asked for a Diet Coke 3 times while placing my order, got to the window, the two employees were making jokes about my hair. I received a regular coke. As a type one diabetic, when I ask for a diet it needs to be diet as I cannot drink regular soda. My fries were thrown back into the fryer and placed in a fry cup. Crunchy and old. No thank you.

Request for no-salt fries - my fries were salted. Single with cheese, fries, and drink made me sick. Ate in Lexington, made an emergency stop on the drive thru Cincinnati to destroy the restroom at a very fancy Japanese restaurant. So sick, I doubled back for a return vist [explosion] before I could even exit their parking lot!

What happened to this one??? It used to be one of the better ones in Lexington. Their dining room was supposed to be opened but was closed. Drive thru person said 8:30 is when it closes and it was only 7. No one knows how to read an online order I was missing a portion of my order. I tried calling and no one picks up the phone. Drive thru line wasn't busy. I didn't want to drive back to correct their mistake. Manager on site was in a big hurry to get outside to their car and couldn't be bothered to answer questions. Just sad to see the store lose the customer service they had.
