Kfc

This was the worst fried chicken I ever have gotten. It did not even look like the crispy fried chicken that KFC normally serves. It had some kind of greasy shiny coating and did not taste like KFC's brand. It was like some old fried chicken that was reheated in an oven. The chicken was tough and it was not worth the price ($27.00 for 8 piece and 2 chicken sandwiches only). This store is understaffed, and the quality of food is poor. The chicken sandwich was old and not fresh. They even left the pickles and mayo off the chicken sandwiches. I will never spend another dime of my hard-earned money at this location. I have always favored KFC's chicken and this experience was a huge let down. I hope KFC can improve their quality of services and food at this location.

The service really ain't no good there your people in the back that's doing the cooking was using Google talking even the manager the food I had to throw it away and come home fix me a bologna sandwich so I think y'all need to take a little consideration and looking into who you hire to run a business my wife had to wait 45 minutes to get anything they were out of chicken out of biscuits so like I said you need to get somebody that knows what they're doing that's what I do

I went through the drive thru yesterday and I didn't get any of my sides. I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag. She said yes. I called the KFC and told the manager that I didn't get the sides. She knew about it , I told her that I would come today to get them. She said ok. When I went to get them today , it was not wrote down anywhere. I was treated really bad. I finally got my stuff , I will not go back to this KFC.

My twin and I went to the KFC on Hwy 8 in Lexington to get the Famous Bowls. Imagine our disappointment when we got home to eat and our bowls were definitely not good. I called back down there and spoke with Adrian, the district manager, about them. With no questions asked, he told me to come back and he would make it right. He did! Thanks Adrian!
