Maui Brewing Co. - Lahaina

Do not miss Maui Brewing Co. when on the east side of Maui. Simply put, EVERYTHING checked across all boxes. When back in Maui, this will be our first eatery stop. Beer selection of course is for many different tastes. I am going to state you try the Imperial Coconut Porter; Coconut flavor is powerful and the porter is still smooth to drink at 9% ABV. Fish Tacos are a must!! The Blue Marlin is so tasty and smooth on the palette, not rubbery at all, coupled with a kicking creamy chipotle sauce. Teriyaki Bowl had a nice sweet flavor that resembled a thin curry; just incredible taste. The Ceviche was a huge hit as well; fresh and tasty. Service was impeccable. Everyone was so polite and helpful and friendly. The speed of food was almost shocking at how quick, but the quality of food was not sacrificed. On your way out, you can also snag some Maui Brewing Co. swag for your time at home:).

This is a must for any beer enthusiast visiting Maui. Super good beer and good food. I got the fish and chips, and they were served piping hot! Though the fish was blue fin marlin, and was the catch of the day, so that must change as they get new fish. The beer. Wow. The beer. I stick to IPA, the best in my opinion was the double IPA "Double Overhead".

December 2022 Still happily the same. Great food, great beer, great service. I tried a cocktail this time and, well, I would just say stick to their great beer :) Feb 2019 Been coming here every year for 5 years straight now and still haven't been disappointed. Really everything on the menu is great and service is always friendly. I've fallen in love with their Paniolo burger, and get it with cheddar, jalapenos and bacon! Place getS crowded so come early or expect up to a 30 min wait. Feb 2014 Stopped in here during an especially rainy evening to grab some take-out to chill at home with: the panko-crusted buffalo chicken sandwich and veggie burger. Took a little longer than expected for carry out (20-25 mins) but they were very nice and the food was very good. Also, turns out that just about any item that includes "panko-crusted" in the description is going to be pretty damn good!

My table shared some loaded fries with pork and they were amazing! The beer cheese was delicious. I would definitely order this again! The option to order and pay by phone at your table was a bit odd at first but it actually worked out really well and was really efficient. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out super fast and was very hot and fresh.
