Lappert's Ice Cream

They offer dole whip here, my mom and I were running to try some. Apparently a vegan dessert, wasn’t expecting it to be very creamy, sweet and delightfully tart. I ordered it as is and came in the cup. You can get it with chamoy, with other flavors, with sprinkles. They also offer different flavored ice creams, smoothies and drinks. The signage is hard to miss for the Dole whip. Prices are the usual. Would be interested in trying out more flavors in the future

We saw "Dole Whip" and we ran towards it!! The Dole Whip is sweet, and refreshing. You can't go wrong with it. There are only a few places that have real authentic "Dole Whip": Lahaina Maui, Oahu, Disneyland-CA, WDW-FL. -- $6.25 : Dole Whip Single The only downside to this was the Dole Whip here now comes in a smaller 5-oz plastic cup and it doesn't have fresh cut/chop pineapple around the Whip anymore. It was a little disappointing to have a smaller size. On the other hand, the recipe didn't change. It still taste the same as it does in DL-CA and Oahu. Definitely a good refreshment choice while walking the tourist scene in Lahaina.

It’s a cute corner store with some seating outside. I got the dole pineapple with pineapple on it. It was delicious. Soft and creamy. It wasn’t too sweet. It was also very refreshing. They also offer ice cream and other options. Great customer service as well. It was a short line when we went by, but it went by fast.

Having tried Dole whip in California I had pretty high expectations for Dole Whip in Maui. I was kind of let down though. I found it tasted better in California. Even the texture was not as smooth and thick. It still tasted good. The fresh cut up pineapple was a nice touch that pineapple Gold is really the best. There was lots of options on the menu and I only tried the one bowl. Based off that one bowl I would give this place 4 stars. It was a nice treat a really hot day.

Great central location for some ice cream. I was excited to finally get some Dole Whip! The ice cream parlour was clean, well lit, and had cool decorations (like a vintage Coca-Cola ice chest with cold soda inside) The staff were also really friendly. As someone with allergies, it can be embarrassing to ask for an ingredient list when there is a line of people behind you. This employee literally had an ingredient list for me within 5 seconds of asking for it. Very welcoming for someone with allergies. Mahalo
