Great place, very clean which is surprising because of the area it is in. Customer service is outstanding. Only down side is they do not take cash, card only. But we will be visiting again.

Awesome Birthday gift for my daughter in school in KZoo. Glad that the process was comprehensive and seamless to order from out of state. Glad also for her and I both getting notifications. Nice platform guys.

Great service and excellent employees. Corey had a phenomenal attitude and was very friendly. I had good small talk with 2 of the employees that were working the night shift.
Cookies were yummy and don’t make me feel sick like Crumbl Cookies.

Always love me some insomnia cookies, completely drool worthy. Frosting dip cups are my favorite as I am frosting obsessed. They are a bit pricey and it seems like the best deal is the 4&4, you can 4 regular & 4 deluxe cookies for $20. The 6 deluxe for $19 seems a bit pricey to me. Regardless, they’re delicious.
I am taking off a star as we were given yucky milk (date was same day, but it wasn’t good anymore) so that was the only bummer.

I could not have any of the cookies. All the locations share spatulas with all the cookies (nut allergy), so that was one heck of a bummer. At least I was able to get some ice cream. I took a star off because there was nothing special about their cookies n cream ice cream. It was like $8.75 just for the smallest size with 2 toppings (m&ms, brownie pieces). It came with a free cookie....so I gave that to one of my friends.

Amazing cookies! They stay warm after I get home too! Truly the best cookies I've had around here.
I don't recommend the ice cream. It's generic store bought that’s not very good, but the cookies are the reason you'd want to go here anyways.
I've seen some complaints with the online ordering system. I myself haven't had an issue with it- I used their website. Sometimes the location closest to you will be out of a kind of cookie and it'll be unavailable though. I ordered from my new place and had a bad connection on my phone, so I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. I called and canceled one of them with no issue.
