Amanda that works the drive thru at night is amazing I went there on 5/10/2019 and ordered food everything was hot and fresh and made just right and when I got to the window to pay for my order my app wasn't working she took the time to show me how to use it like I said she was amazing in so many ways love burger king on cork st.

Hands down this is the best Burger king we've been to,a huge Thank You to Angel and Whitney. For having great customer service, listening understanding we had problem with another burger king and trying to make sure that we had a much better experience with them and to reassure that was not the burger king way, more employees need to be more like them, Thank you again Girls

I recently moved here from Austin love Burger King and have been to both here in San Angelo. I must say by the reviews I have read of this one on Abe St. I have to disagree. I am not sure if it is due to new managment or new employees but this location has MUCH more of a positive customer service attitude than the one on Knickerbocker or the ones in Austin for that matter. The GM herself many times will come out to ensure you are satisfied with your meal and your service was prompt and courteous. The GM will even come to the drive through window on occasion to make sure everything is ok. The staff is always energetic and polite even when I stop by before sunrise. If I have ever had a problem the staff has been polite and courtious correcting the mistake. When I have eaten inside the restraunt it is always clean and majority if not all empty tables are wiped down. All in all even though the one on Knickerbocker is MUCH closer to my house I will go out of my way to eat at this location on Abe mainly due to there will do, can do, careing attitude, and positive customer service. Again many of these reviews were in the past and I have to disagree with my experiences and encourage you to try this again as changes seem to have been made of the past 6 months at least.
