Last week was my son's Birthday and we ordered the burger box. I ordered on the app and it placed the order to the wrong location, assuming it was ordering from my favored location. When I arrived to the restaurant they told me they did not have the order. Natasha jumped in and helped me immediately and had my order within 10 minutes. Thanks so much Natasha you saved the day and made the birthday boy happy. He loves Whataburger! Thanks for leading well.

The cashier Abigail did a great job taking my order, I had ordered a vanilla milkshake that did not taste like Vanilla, asked if I could change it to a different flavor, and Abigail replaced my milkshake at no cost. She still brought my new milkshake to my table and brought me a straw as well. This is the BEST Whataburger to get great customer service at! When you ask for any hamburger make sure to ask to toast your buns on both sides 🤤🍔🍟

I had left a 1 star review bc one of the 1st few times I went to this Whataburger my experience was horrible. However, the last 10 or more times I've been here, since they got a new manager, everything has changed. The order takers inside are very happy and patient in helping you if you are trying to order online or use the points you have. The food has for the most part been wonderful. On the couple occasions where they messed up my order all I had to do was call as soon as I got home, speak to the manager and have always been told to come back by in a day or 2 & they'll remake my whole order correctly for no cost. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We've continually gone there to get food when we don't feel like cooking and I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The location is Hwy. 6 N @ West Rd. EDIT- STILL AS GOOD AS IT WAS.. STILL HAVE SAME MANAGER & EXCELLENT STAFF!!

This was my second visit to whataburger since my visit to Houston, this was a different site than I visited before. The burger was delicious as always. I got the double whataburger with cheese. But sad day, they forgot the french fries in my to-go bag!!!! I ended up going back to the store and showing my receipt. They were very apologetic and ended up making me fresh fries and apologized profusely. Even with that hiccup I will be returning and recommending to everyone I know!

Steven & his crew (night & after midnight) are amazing! It's people & service like this that restore my faith in humanity. Çlean store, genuine friendly attitudes expressed by all, great prices, & speedy service. Definitely a well oiled machine! Give these people all a raise! Thank you for a job well done!

I’m in town visiting and for my first ever experience at a Whataburger, it was phenomenal. The manager Samir was incredibly kind and helpful in making our experience over the top! The food was dynamite, the staff truly impressive, we will definitely be back. Thank you for such a tasty meal.
