Nice lunch options and the patio dining in amazing. Since it's the federal building, though, you'll have to go through a metal detector and security before entrance. Cafeteria is on the 5th floor.

Reasonably price breakfast & lunch options, mostly made-to-order; cafeteria style. They have a stamp card: 50% off your next purchase up to $10 after you make 10 purchases of $7+. Check their website for weekly specials or join their email list. If you work in the area, it's an extremely convenient dining option. They have ample seating both inside and out. Only downside is parking, which is metered street parking or an expensive parking structure in the area.

Great Mother's day dinner cruise! The crew was friendly, music was good, view was perfect, dinner was good, and did I mention the atmosphere was amazing. We got some terrific pics at sunset & of the skyline. Well worth the $ we spent!
