Red Lobster

Today is out 25th Anniversary and our first time in Hawaii. We came to the Red Lobster tonight and Kat welcomed us by taking some of the best photos ever. She is kind, professional, and has an infectious smile. She made our night super memorable and special. Her photos are superb and we will always cherish them. 5 stars and KUDOS !!!!!

For some reason the Red Lobster in Honolulu, HI is much better than the one near me. The dinners were delicious and even a step above from the usual great quality of Red Lobster. The staff was short handed with current low staffing, but the service was as excellent! The interior is a standard Red Lobster, clean and warming, just wished they would allow some local flair, this is Waikiki!

Honestly, this place is good value for money as long as you know what to expect. We had two shrimp meals, one was a new one on the menu with a sweet Thai chilli flavour which was recommended but the waiter and it was delicious! Also the brownie sundae for dessert was really good too. All meals em were great portion sizes and the waiter (sorry can’t remember your name) was a local dude who was just great. A solid 4/5 - 4.5/5

The Red Lobster experience was different than our usual AU seafood thing, all the food was well cooked (maybe a little too much for the lobster) all very well presented with piles of cheese, garlic and butter. Our server was excellent, attentive without overdoing it. When the "biscuits" came out, our server said you Aussies would call these dinner rolls......😂 No way, they were very tasty savoury cheese scones. 👍👍👍👍

Food especially the Maine lobster was amazing. We live in western Australia and catch our own lobster, crabs and fish 2-3 times a week and have eaten at seafood resturants through Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and WA but this was by far the best lobster iv ever eaten (including all that I cook 🤣) we went once just to say we had been but ended up going the next 2 days in row aswell. We also had steak which was one of the best iv had including steak from expensive steak houses. Definatly recommend going if you like Maine lobster if not still go they will surprise you with how many other dishes they have! Super friendly staff and really cold coronas 🍻 Can't wait to come back 🤙

We decided to try their all you can eat shrimp option and was not disappointed. The shrimp scampi, coconut shrimps, and garlic butter shrimps were all very tasty. We also like their warm and soft cheese biscuits. Although the restaurant was very busy, our server was very friendly and attentive. Overall we had a wonderful meal and experience. We will definitely come back on our next trip.
