Jack In The Box

Went to pick up some food around 10:15 pm, everything was saying the drive through was open 24 hours, all the lights were on. Nobody answered at the intercom so we drive to the window, upon approaching the window we saw a woman going towards the back. She saw us and decided to hide. It is unacceptable. If you want to have a business make sure your employees don’t run away from the customers. And if you decide to close early make sure your drive through sign doesn’t say “open 24 hours”.

Went inside their store around 10am to order a burrito and hash brown, thinking if I avoid the drive thru it would be quicker as they always seem to be understaffed and drive-thru takes ages during this time. In hindsight I should of taken the drive-thru. It took them 20 mins to make 1 burrito and deep fry 1 hashbrown. I do not recommend coming here unless its off peak hours.

Despite the ton of horrible reviews on this location I thought I would give them a chance. Well the lived up to there poor reviews!! Went through the drive through and nobody ever took my order. I sat there about 10 mins and decided to leave. If this location is NOT open 24 hours than it needs to be updated on the hours of operation!!! This will be the last time I ignore poor reviews. The owners need to stop wasting time writing their scripted responses to bad reviews and fix your issues instead!!

Do not go to this location. This location is terrible. They move super slow. We spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru & there were only 2 cars total inline which 1 of the cars was mines. Our food was soggy by the time we got it. The employee at the window looked like she hates her job. No thank you or have a good night from her. She should quit if she doesnt like her job.

Literally was told they were closed to clean the restaurant in drive thru. Went to the front and they were open serving food. They are constantly saying can’t make sandwiches only fried food. Or you will go at 8pm at night and they are open. The next night they will be closed. I feel like the staff here do what they want. They close when they want, they don’t make food they don’t want too, it’s an absolute joke!

So I went to Jack in the Box, and they did not acknowledge us at the Drive-Thru order box. We didn't get simple Thank You, For Choosing Jack In The Box we will be right with you. Nothing! I am extremely disappointed. We drove up to the window, and they would look at us, and completely ignore us. The night shift crew should definitely be terminated. I would never ever want a crew like the one is this particular Jack In The Box working for me. I hope that the Store, and District Manager take this complaint extremely serious, because now I am going to go above their heads. This is ridiculous. I definitely will never go to this jack In The Box ever again.
