Jimmy John's

I ordered a regular drink with food yesterday and it was completely watered down , I ordered a large one today because the last one wasn’t enough drink for me and my 2 kids. When I called to check on my delivery the delivery driver had left to deliver someone else’s order along with my order 20 minutes ago, she got to me 10 minutes later being 30 minutes the drink was meting before we got it so we got another watered down drink. I called to tell them we received another watered down drink 2 days in a row so they brought me another drink (I live literally on the same cross streets) and this drink was filled to the top completely with ice and literally barely any drink in it. I don’t understand why you’d offer to bring a new drink if you are just going to be petty and bring me a cup filled with ice.

I always like Jimmy John's however this time was especially good. As usual the staff was friendly and extremely fast in my food preps. And my favorite sandwich was just perfect as always. If you've never been here and you're in a hurry it's an excellent place! If you're not in a hurry sit down and enjoy the strange signage inside the place while you enjoy your sandwich at one of their tables. If anything ever changes I shall update my review. First off big fan of Jimmy John's. Better than Subway in my opinion. Third time visiting this particular Jimmy John's and they are always friendly and helpful. Alright let's get serious. This place is one of the better Jimmy John's I've been to. When I ask them to modify my sandwich (triple pep). They do it. They get my requests to "make it rain with the peps", "make it impossible to close with peps." They recognize a pep lover and even sneak a hint that you can buy their entire jars of pep if you are so inclined. Overall great place.

The food is enjoyable. My only problem is the drinks being mixed up. The last time I ordered from here, I ordered a large coke and I got a dr pepper. This has happened a couple times before and it is unacceptable. Maybe your employees could label the drinks so that they give the RIGHT drink to the RIGHT customer. I accepted it as a mistake the first time it happened, but for it to happen several times to one customer is quite frustrating.

The staff was very professional and personable, but the sandwich was just ok. I'd seen ads on tv for this place & this location had a drive thru, so I tried it. I'm from San Francisco, where in many mom & pop stores, much less restaurants, make sandwiches on sweet or sourdough rolls. Fresh, meats carved from roasts, etc. Jimmy John's puts their sandwiches on what they call French rolls. No they're not real French bread. Just bread rolls. The roast beef was processed roast beef that I would buy in packages in Trader Joe's. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Capriotti's and Firehouse Subs make better sandwiches.
