Papa Gino's

I love papa Gino's but this one will not get my business again. I ordered a 2 slice cheese meal, and it tasted like my pizza was left out ALLLL day, n tossed in a microwave. Not to mention it was around 5:15p so I didn't get the 'lunch special' price. So for 2 of the 2 slice meals it was 17$. I could've gotten a full small pizza and 2 drinks for cheaper, but no one at the restaurant thought to mention that!

My biggest issue with Papa Gino's is the inconsistency. One day you will get a perfectly made pizza cheese spread perfectly to the edges, perfect amount of crispness out of the oven to accompany the hand stretched dough made fresh. The next day you will get a pizza with a sauce ring on the outside half done and thrown into the box. That's really my only issue (consistentcy) otherwise there food is good quality and decently priced.

The pizza was fantastic, we got cheese, veggie and pepperoni- the veggie was crushed before we even touched half of the other two. However service left something to be desired in terms of suggestions from staff and over all wait time. Bottom line; don't come in starving or you'll likely make yourself sick while you wait unless you want to fill up on water. Other than that, the family friendly atmosphere and little arcade games did plenty to keep our minds on the prize; dinner!!

Every papaginos is good depending on the team, I've had bad experiences in a few papaginos , but when I came to this one, I was well greeted and was treated great. The staff were all quietly working well(no one on the phone texting unlike the teens at the papaginos that I had a bad expirence with)and the manager up front was a very kind lady that made you feel as if your home. The pizza was made with care and they really brought back that tasty old school pizza. I would recommend this spot, good people is what makes the place alive

Papa GIno's food is what keeps me coming back. I love the recipes with my favorite being the steak and cheese subs. I eat a lot of their pizza and do lunch here very often. The business is hurting for cash right now but as per anything they failed to update ahead so they did not run into this mess of no cash and need to update. I will still go but I always get take out.

So this was an interesting one. One of the reasons that we come to Papa Gino's is that they offer Udi's gluten free crusts. I decided i wanted chicken on top of the Udi's crust. A woman appeared seeming to be the manager and told me i could not have the chicken on the pizza as it has gluten on it and if she did make it, Papa Gino's could default on some agreement they have with Udi's. I asked didn't they have any grilled chicken? The response was that even that has gluten in it. I decided to just go with bacon as i was hungry and didn't feel up to the argument. I wish i had thought of my girlfriend's idea of getting chicken on the side and putting it on after. Anyhow, my point is that even if they do have such an agreement with Udi's, it should be unenforceable when it comes to me the customer. I will be happy to sign a sheet saying that i understand there is a small amount of gluten. Thankfully, my issue is comparatively minor. The bottom line here is that i, as the customer, have the right and responsibility to ensure that things are as *I* request them, not some crazy agreement between companies that limits my choices. Besides that whole thing, the cashier was quite nice, and don't get me wrong, the manager was nice about it too, i just think it is a ridiculous rule to have. If i went to the grocery store and bought an Udi's crust, i could top it with bread if i cared to. Don't tread on my rights!
