Wendy's

This is the worst Wendy’s. It’s in a hotspot location, yet the service in the evenings is always terrible or non-existent. The workers just quit whenever they feel like it, and corporate ever hears about it because we can’t order anything to get a receipt, and then do a survey. It’s 8p on Sunday, but I’ve sat in the same spot for 10 minutes before giving up, like a few other cars. This is not the first time this has happened. Get someone who wants to work here. When you finally respond on the intercom, it’s to tell the vehicle all of the items that you don’t have available!!! Terrible management

Even though it is spring of 2022, and Covid infection rates are extremely low, many Wendy's locations - including this one - still won't let you eat inside. The managers have told me it's a staffing issue. Well, most every other chain has bounced back and opened their dining rooms... so Wendy's had better fix this if they want to stay in business. I am boycotting the chain until they do.

You talking about somebody spoiling your day. My son and I went to the Wendy’s on Arundel Mills Boulevard near the mall for lunch Friday, April 1, 2022. As we stood in line waiting to place my order the young lady behind the counter, Shaquasia, asked was we picking up or placing an order? I informed her that we were here to place a order and she acted like we committed a crime. This is the fourth day I attempted to get in touch with somebody on the customer service line. Being on hold for over a half an hour each time. Also on Wendy’s customer care website and still was unable to get in touch or file a complaint. So I just chose to do a Google review. I just wanna make sure that this young lady don’t destroy the next person day when you’re hungry just to have your server spoil your appetite because of her being rude and disrespectful. Even when my son asked for a job application, she was sarcastic about that. After that he chose not to fill out a application with that location. He didn’t even want anything to eat from there after that. There was a stack of cards behind the plexiglass on the counter with all the information he needed to file for a job and she just told him to go online. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. She was totally rude, totally disrespectful. All of this time I kept my composure, I gave her the utmost respect. All she had to do is take our order and give my son a card so he could apply for a job. Apparently they do need the help. Who can eat and enjoy your meal after that. It was a total turn off. Had we been disrespectful. That would’ve been something else. We was the only two people in line. 💭

Unserious and inconsiderate, I was served a freezing cold coffee and food was cold even after they me made another biscuit sandwich egg biscuit and cheese was cold! The essence of that sandwich is to serve it fresh, everyone knows that after biscuit seats for a while it’s no good.. servers showed no concern but seemed upset I asked for another coffee... managers just stood by and were chatting away about personal matters ... try Wendy’s on Laurel Bowie road! The best! ( oh yea and she handed me my coffee with dirty wet hands 😂)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was in the drive thru for an hour plus change waiting at the order window for shift change. Then the person took my order and the food was horrible & COLD, I had to trash it. I contacted wendys immediately online and NOBODY contacted me. It's been a week! Stay away from there if you value your food & money!

I wanted a late night hamburger. Lady working drive thru said they only have chicken nuggets and fries right now! You are a burger joint! How do you not have burgers? Probably because they employed wanted to clean the restaurant early and did not want to stay later after hours to clean up, so they cleaned up on the clock and closed the grill before they were supposed to. Let’s be honest…. Wendy’s is a burger joint. They’re not going to run out of burgers. Let’s be real!
