Starbucks

I usually love this Starbucks! The girls in there are always so nice, whether it be in the morning or afternoon, they’re all great. Today I went in and ordered my latte. Had to call them and take it back because it was extremely watered down. These great girls said bring it back we’ll make you a new one. Got my new one and I must say it was not watered down like the other one but was not made how I ordered it. (This has happened the last 2 times) I feel like no matter how crazy a persons order sounds it should always be made how they want it. Now the girls did give me my cake pops for the trouble of coming back but when you get a drink the same way every time, it should taste the same every time. I was upset because like I said the service is spectacular! Just wish they would follow my ticket more.

Not a fan of this Starbucks location. The past few times I’ve been, I haven’t had a good experience. Last time I ordered a Vanilla cold brew with cold foam. I paid for it, then they informed me they forgot to charge me for the foam which is apparently $1. So I had to pay for that separately, then the foam was not the right consistency and dissolved shortly after. Then a few weeks later I went back for a hot chocolate and they never stirred it. It was just lukewarm milk until I was able to get home and stir it myself. Just a lot of money to spend on a drinks that seem rushed when made.

Who knew? Not me! I don't like stronh coffee so I passes it by. One day we had to get something to eat n it was out of 'need' we went in. I was shocked! Now, it's a preferred place for the area. I've been asking all my friends if 'they've tried it. Gourmet I say. Stupendous, I say.' Sooo impressed I relate. Loves good food, Gail
