Jersey Mike's Subs

Came on a weekday at 12:15 and it was the lunch crowd. Sandwich was good. One side looked as if it was just making phone ahead orders or something. The hold up is that they slice the meat and cheese fresh as you order. One person taking your order and working slicer, one that preps your sandwich with your toppings, I had the "Mike's way" with everything and one that rings you up and then there were 4 or more people there too but some on the other side and maybe one that was training. Sandwich was good, maybe just call ahead, order online if you in a lunch hurry. Oh and they have a watermelon ice tea and it was ok.

Ordered online pickup time was 12:01 arrived at 12:11 order not ready. 12:25 and I'm still waiting watching people walk in order and leave. After asking for order(3rd time) I asked for a refund of my$50 and left store around 12: 31. Looked at receipt and reason for refund was listed as wrong location not unable to fill order.

If you are ordering them through Uber Eats, I would suggest not doing so. There is no way to truly customize your sandwich; you can request extra toppings/meats/cheeses/etc., however you can not request they go light on any toppings. As a result, my sandwich was soaked with oil and vinegar to the point where the bread was grossly soggy. I asked them to add mayonnaise and mustard to the sandwich, and there was so much mustard on the sandwich that it was basically inedible. I will not likely be ordering from here again any time soon.

Thesub was super. Service was less than stellar. I ordered on line.A half hour later,I arrived to pick up my order. It wasn't ready and I had to wait.Someone came in at the same time as me,ordered at the counter and got his order before me. While waiting,the women working on my sub walked to the back of the store,put on her coat and left without saying anything to me or any of the other employees.While waiting for my order,I observed a lack of communication among the employees. Clearly, there is a lack of supervision by management.I saw another customer walk out the door.It is a shame. The food is good but the store is losing customers/ business.
