Lu Hibachi Buffet & Grill

Oh my God!!! That was the absolute BEST buffet I have EVER had!! EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Especially if you love seafood. They had mussels, crayfish, shrimp, crabs, sushi, little neck AND TOP NECK clams!!! I think I had 12 plates of food! I would have paid $50; they charge $15 and change. I will DEFINITELY go back!!

So so good. Went on a Saturday evening and even though it was packed we still got seated right away. All the food is so good, there are options that work for me and my picky little girls. Even with it being packed, the server was very attentive about our drinks and clearing away empty dishes. The tables, floors and bathrooms were all nice and clean.

Food was ok. Wide selection. But if you want friendly staff, this IS NOT the place to visit. Staff cut you off as your walking, and I had to tell the waitress three times i was paying up front. When she approached her fellow employee, the words started flying. Of course she could have been talking about my beautiful shirt very adamantly...🙄. Don't need to revisit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rushed through getting our drink orders. They only brought 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered, and still tried to charge us for 3. Did not clear any plates off the table. The high chairs are gross and half the clips are broken on them. The soap in the bathroom was empty. Honestly the food isn't anything to die for either.

Almost choked when I tried swallowing my food when i got a stuffed shrimp & it had an entire full length hair from someone’s head coiled into the stuffing itself. It made me gag it was so long i literally had to pull it out of my throat. I showed it to the manager & he assured me the kitchen staff wears netting, & that this hair had to come from a customer scooping out the food. They wouldn’t even check the remaining stuffed shrimp or replace the tray. Clearly, the hair was all intertwined with the filling, so the scenario of it being a customer’s fault wouldn’t be possible. I couldn’t eat after that point. Lost my appetite. Nobody else in our group had issues with their food. thank God. The manager gave me 10% off my meal for the inconvenience. Sorry for the bad review, but that was a terrible experience!
