Good, not great. Nice wide open dining area. Fast service with plenty of staffs on a Saturday morning.
We visited the famed, original Pho Pasteur in Saigon during our trip last year. To be honest, it wasn't a good experience. The place was a dump and the food was just okay. They served wilted vegetables and it did not look cleaned. But that was in Vietnam with very different health standards.

I can feel that they just changed the ownership from the uniforms they wore. They even bring new items while maintain existing items. I just wished there is no Wednesday off.

I am addicted to pho. This place is one of my go to's. I've never had a bad meal here and the service is good. At lunch time it is packed to the gills so that tells you something.

The Phố Kobe is good but it wasn't kobe, didnt have that light, fatty, chewy and it didn't melt into your mouth. Please use real Kobe beef. That was a insult to my tastebud.
