This place has better tasting chicken and better prices than pollo loco, I go there all the time by myself or with my family but only thing I don’t like is that when I bring my kids and the cooks in the kitchen are talking a lot of obscenities that my children hear and then they’re asking me what they’re yelling in the back of the restaurant, as I man I understand and I know it’s like that at the work place but I don’t think this place should allow vulgarities since we can hear them loud and clear in the front of the restaurant.

The food, especially the chicken is good. The only drawback was getting served rice instead of the refried beans, I requested. I don't always like rating the atmosphere, because it's usually other patrons that influence and make it what it is.

A great mexican food hole in the wall place. Picked up some carnitas and it was flavored just right, the chips and Guac were fresh. I also picked a a Caldo De Pollo it was also very good. The menu is updated prices 12/28/2020

Love their bbq chicken, tortilla and salsa bar. I've visited their Van Nuys, Garden Grove and East Santa Ana locations.
The best one is the Garden Grove location. Food was cooked well and everything else was gooood. East Santa Ana location had Ok food but girls at cash register wasn't good. Also TV was blasting loud and with cashier and other working girls talking loud non stop.
Van Nuys location was sold to another owner but food is still good.

Some of the best fast Mexican food I've ever had. They have competitively priced combo meals and great salsas and pickled vegetables. I'll never eat El Pollo or Juan Pollo again.

Rosalia and Blanca were outstanding today. This restarestauhas become a saving grace for me. Its delicious and not to greasy. I'm constantly eating here when im not cooking at home. Whether its a burrito or a caldo de pollo. Its all good. And the Salsa its spot on awesome...

Tasty chicken, you have to ask for it juicy so it isn't too dry. They have really spicy salsa too. I think management has changed because before they were never as friendly as they are now .

little overpriced.
We got order to go the packaging is in styrofoam lunch containers which are too small. The soup we ordered leaked and chicken did not fit in the box.
But the food is good.
