I usually don’t do this, but this was my second time eating here and found hair in my burger. I called to let them know and they offered to refund me if I brought the burger in. So I did and they didn’t even give me my full refund.. just poor customer service and finding hair in your food is disgusting. I was trying to be very understanding after seeing this, but there was no “sorry about this”, “full refund” or even acknowledging this.. they literally handed me $5 and said “thanks for bringing the burger”

So nice! My friend and I were stuck waiting for a technician for our Uhaul and we went and had dinner here, the chili dog and chili cheese fries were absolutely perfect. When our technician arrived, my friend and I were rushing to get out to our Uhaul and the workers helped us switch from eating there to getting to go! Will be back

You can spend $10 on burger and fries at a drive thru or get the best burger around for the same amount. Paid $20 the other day at 5 Guys for a double, reg fry, reg drink and it wasn't nearly as good as this place. Double cheeseburger, fries, and drink for under $10.

Terrible customer service. She barely said a word and wouldn't help is with the menu. Wouldn't sell a side of slaw. Hot dogs are cheap garbage. We will not be visiting again and you shouldn't either.

Very good food, fast service and the best chicken Philly I have ever had "well the only one I've ever had" but its going to be very hard to top. Always very quick with the order and the sweet tea is always fresh and never has that taste u get when u don't clean ur tea urns. Highly recommended

I was in Gainesville and waiting to meet somebody and wanted to grab a quick meal before my meeting. I saw Burger and Shake in the shopping plaza where I was waiting and decided to stop in to give them a try.
I was pleasantly surprised as I ordered and sat to wait for my food. I found the prices to be less than many fast food competitors in the area and my burger, a double bacon cheeseburger was made to my order.
My burger was cooked to my choosing and served on a fresh bun with all the toppings. It was juicy and very good. The burger alone was more than enough food for me leaving me satisfied and full.
The dining room was clean and the service was very good. Definitely, a place I will return when wanting something fast and freshly prepared.
