What a great experience with both the person who took my order and the girl who was at the window to take payment and give me my order. Both were very polite, accommodating and the girl wished me a good evening and a great weekend! Not to mention the fries were hot and crisp... a perfect experience!

The drive thru was busy but the lobby was not so I went inside. The staff was friendly even though they were short a crew member or two. The store was very clean including the bathrooms. My food was delivered quickly and it was still warm when I ate it. Everything was good.... Especially the frosty! I will be back.

I got through the drive thru surprisingly fast for how long the line is. As stressful as a nighttime rush may be, everyone is always very kind and quick. I've never had an order messed up. The girl with the short Bob haircut was so polite to me it really made my night a lot better.

Ordered a large chili and a medium chocolate frosty. Both were quite delicious. The service was fast and the employees were professional and courteous. And the bathroom was clean. So I commend and thank this Wendy's location for allowing me to enjoy a relaxing and positive dining experience.

Line for drive-thru was backed out to the street but the girl taking orders, was quick and efficient. Got up to the window and terri, I believe her name was, was very kind and made sure my order was together and correct. My Dave's single was very good! Fries were super hot! Thanx to her and the crew my experience was great. Will be back soon

Worst junior bacon's compared to any other Wendy's I've ever been to. Plus they got my order wrong 3 instead of 2. Didn't provide any napkins. And I didn't get my ice water. Maybe I should have double checked and asked for the stuff. Maybe I'm spoiled; my town's Wendy's was recognized nationally as the best...

Very busy but consistent at the same time. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and there was never a hassle. One of the ladies at the drive thru is always a pleasure to deal with, I think she might be the manager. A lot of fast food places in Gainesville are poorly managed but at least this location does a good job. During late nights, the drive thru can get packed but they still manage to fulfill orders at a timely pace.

Had to clean a table
Place appeared to be over staffed for the shift two tables were occupied in the dining room food on the other hand was good counter customer service was excellent just the place was dirty
