They clearly dont give a F here, but they deserve a F. Waiting an hour for a 20 minute order of 15 wings. After all that time half my order came out barely sauced as if they just used what was last left over in the tossing bowl without adding more. Shameful. I will never eat here again. Some wings undercooked.... After waiting an hour.The employees care more about talking to their friends than working. Employees and customers aplenty not wearing masks. Do better as a company. This is driving away business. This is terrible food and service. Truly. Terrible. An hour for 15 poorly made boneless wings. 40 minutes spent in this covid hotbed of a store. Never again will i trust you with my food or money. Any other place in Gainesville makes wings better and faster. Management. What is going wrong in this restaurant? This isn't the first time youve failed, its a pattern. #WingFail.

Ordered online about 2 hours before I was going to pick up the 50 wings and 2 fries that I ordered. Showed up about 30 minutes early and thought that would mean I would get them fresh. But instead, when we got there they had made the order when it was placed and it had been sitting for about an hour. Fries were cold and the wings were soggy.

Service was beyond horrible! I had a called in order and was told it would take another 15 minutes when I arrived. I was fine with that , store got busy 15 minutes later I asked for an update on my order, I was told it’s coming up next (20 pc wings) , gave it another 10 minutes asked again about my order still was advised not ready. So another 15 minutesIateranother employee looked for my order it was amongst the other orders the whole time. I know people make mistakes but the Manager tried to act like it was my fault that I went to my car during this whole ordeal!!!

The girl at the register seemed inconvenienced that I even walked in the door. She never smiled and just pointed at the board when I asked for help with sauce choices. I live out of state and came here because my husband who is recovering from brain surgery wanted wings. Other placed in Gainesville have been pleasant. This was the worst customer service in our 6-day stay.
