Jimmy John's

Took an hour and a half and when I called to check they were very rude again and again and again. Don’t expect fast here, this is the fourth time in a row they’ve been slow. I wish that I could give them no stars. I keep hoping that they'll get better and they don't. Not sure what's going on here but this will be my last time ordering. Panara is much faster.

Took an hour and a half to receive my order, realized it was because they only had one driver, while they’re running a special. Shout out to the driver for working so hard, I hope the Management staff really show appreciation to him because I would have quit if I was left on my own like that. I do think this staffing issue needs to be addressed. “Freaky Fast” is the motto of Jimmy Johns, but it’s not so effective when it takes an hour and a half and there is only one driver.

Use to be a great J.J. but they have been doing worse and worse. I thought one time was a fluke and maybe a worker had a bad day is why I was ignored at the register. It has happened more than once. It is at mixed dates and times. At least today it wasn't me that got ignored. It was a complete stranger to me but a JJ customer. I haven't gone much anymore because I just don't want the disappointment. They are my last choice to recommend or bring people to. Phone or online orders are priority. Walk in ordering is not the way to go for this location. If you rather the call online way, this may be a good option for you. This place has potential I have seen it! Just not right now.
