Moe's Southwest Grill

Food was quickly made, but skimpy on fillings and all the rice was piled on one side of my stacker and my wife's burrito. We sat to eat and as the meal went on, we slowly started looking around at the cleanliness of this place...which it was not at all. Every surface had food and splatters on it. The table, benches, napkin holders, walls, salsa counter, floor. Even the coke machine screen was covered in some mystery goop. Half the salsa was empty and what was left tasted watery and old. As we were cleaning up, an employee brought out a "new" bowl of salsa, dripping all over the place. He proceeded to scrape the old, watery salsa that was remaining in the bottom of the original salsa bowl right on top of the "new" one he brought out. Making a huge mess in the process. Didn't seem to concern him. Hope we don't get sick after eating there. Absolutely nasty.

I verified the closing time before arriving at this particular location. Living just 5 minutes away, I arrived at 9:18 pm, on Wednesday night. Everything was already removed from station. To my understanding, closing time was 10 pm. How is it that I couldn’t necessarily order what I wanted? Not only was there a toddler walking around without shoes but she was also entering and exiting the kitchen. There wasn’t any guacamole or beans as well as barely any rice. What is the purpose of closing time being 10pm if your customers cannot order much of anything after 9pm? Or have to ask if they are closed due to what is being depicted as the grills are being cleaned and stations being emptied. I specifically came to this establishment for guacamole. This veteran is highly dissatisfied with the service received, I will not be returning, will warn any other person interested to avoid this location as well as sending an email to corporate. This is unacceptable and very inappropriate.

I’m highly upset I ordered this DoorDash.. first scoops. I was looking for the chicken I never got or it was so badly portioned cus I literally got a veggie plate For 20$.. waste of time. N Money. Manager tells me to go to DoorDash to see what they can do but my problem is with moes not making my food right not doordash

Friendly staff but lack of upkeep regarding food items, almost out of mushrooms so only one of us got any and it wasn't much, the lettuce was just starting to turn brown, the guac had a nice layer of brown so that was out, both types of rice were dried onto the bottom of the pans and he scraped out a small amount for each item. On the salsa bar they were out of kaiser and another salsa, the rest had less than a ladle's depth left in the bowl. My wife prevented me from saying anything but definitely will not be back during the week for dinner.

This store seems to be Hit or Miss. Sometimes it is good but NEVER depend on ordering online for this location. If they don't just outright cancel your order until you get to the store and find out they are out of the stuff for your order, they will just make the order to how they think it should be! You have to stand there and supervise your order being made if you want it correct.

Really gross. When we walked in, only 1 person in line ahead of us, waited 10 minutes. A girl came from the back kitchen, took a hit off of her vape and blew it by the food, and started putting together a to go order. Food was dried out and the service was terrible. I will definitely not be back. Who should pay a visit is the health inspector.
