Starbucks

Coffee and staff are awesome, but the parking lot is poorly managed. Line up is nuts and the girl in the back taking orders outside does not seem to notice all the cars wanting to leave and can not, because the cars in her line waiting for coffee, do not leave room for cars to get by. Should be 2 lines, not one and there is enough room to do it. Don't make the mistake of parking when you pull in as people are too rude to let you back out. My husband had to get out after 8 minutes of waiting for someone with the milk of human kindness running through their veins (nada!) to let us out. He literally had to block the next car from driving behind us so I could finally back out.

Pretty good Starbucks. Good: ~Has a drive thru so it's convenient. ~Inside kept relatively clean (though the far corners and windows can get a bit dusty when it's slower, never experienced dirty tables) ~Staff is polite ~Drinks made correctly Needs Improvement: ~Blonde espresso sucks at this location. The machine might not be calibrated properly since blonde is calibrated separately from regular espresso and, as busy as this location gets, should probably be calibrated *at least* once a day but definitely more. If it is properly calibrated, then the beans are bad (have a sour and slightly rotten taste) since open Starbucks espresso has a shelf life of 7 days in store for a reason. I still go here, but I definitely go to other locations for my favorite espresso drinks.

Not only does this Starbucks cause traffic accidents every day because of how backed up it is, they exacerbate the problem even further by never having the cafe open and only allowing drive thru orders. I used to walk up there daily and order my drink inside, now every time I do the cafe is ALWAYS closed. The past 4 times I've tried to order thru the app, I get there, the cafes closed, I try to get my drink thru the drive thru by walking thru, they won't let me due to liability reasons, which okay I get it. But I have had to use random strangers in the line to get my drink that I ALREADY PAID FOR. I feel like they just don't want to deal with in-store customers, maybe because they are understaffed. Either way they should make a disclaimer on the mobile app that says "drive thru orders only". It's annoying when you pay for a drink thru an app, the store says it's open, I walk all the way there just to find out I have to beg someone in the drive thru to grab my drink for me.

Ordered by drink on line for in store pickup because I was in a hurry. What the app didn’t say was that they closed the cafe and were requiring everyone on to use the drive through which completely misses the point of order ahead. The traffic for the drive through is always terrible. I need up not getting my drink. Partly my fault because I knew this location was terrible but really wanted my birthday drink.
