Charleys Philly Steaks

I was there like 4hrs ago, we saw roaches on the counters. I told the one preparing my food that theres a roach and she said "its ok". Like its not ok, when they gave me my fries, one roach came out crawling. Then my husband asked for a new batch but when I received it, more roaches came out crawling on the counters. I loved that place but after the roaches, that will be my last time eating there. Truly disgusting.

Price is high but you really get what you pay for. Good luck finishing your cheesesteak and your fries, especially if you try any of the loaded options. Great food and enough of a serving in the “regular” with loaded fries that I ate the rest for dinner after throwing it in the oven to reheat. $15 or so for the meal with drink and fries, and I got 2 meals out of it. About $7.50 per sitting if you ask me is darn worth it for the quality. A+!

I was happily surprised that my craving for cheesesteak was satisfied even without the roll. They gladly offered me a bed of fresh greens with which to enjoy my steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Considering this is a food court location, this was very impressive. I also feasted on some of the fries, which were not a gluten issue for me, as long as you are conscientious of the toppings. It was a way bigger portion than I could finish. Be prepared for a little wait, because they are cooking to order, when you order so be realistic and know that in five to ten minutes--you will be munching happy. Nice surprise of fresh hot sub, even without the roll!
