Aurelio's Pizza

I normally go here when I'm craving some pizza that isn't delivery. If I come during lunch hours, I'll usually get their buffet (sometimes isn't always stocked, but has cheese pizza, salad, and so on). Their deep-dish pizza is great. Staff is friendly and courteous and the space is clean. Service is quick.

No complaints! I had heard nightmare stories about pizza from Florida from both visitors and residents compared to other regions. This Aurelio's did not fit such description. It was good. It wasn't quite the same as an Aurelio's from Homewood, IL, (The original Aurelio's location) but it was still very good. The sauce was good, the sausage was a little scarce and the cheese was good. The only thing noticeably different about the pizza from back at home was the crust. The outer ring of crust on both the thin and stuffed was perfect, but as you moved inward it was a bit too soft. Other than that I had a great experience. Our waitress was helping wayyyy too many tables but kept her cool and gave excellent customer service. My parents, who love down there said they would be visiting again.

I went to aurelios with my friend who has been going since she was a child. The wait time was great the food was great with large portions don't get me started on how huge the "small" salad was! Everything was hot! I got the Cobb salad, the half spaghetti (which had a very nice taste and even tasted slightly sweet & very flavorful as well as the soup. ) , The soup of the day (had some pasta noodles forgot what it was called super yummy!), got the stuffed mushrooms (wasn't a huge fan of the the breading on the mushrooms think it was soggy and tasted weird) and finally the small taco pizza (which was out of this world) I don't like the crust on pizzas but I ate this one lol. We sat outside which was nice there was a breeze comfortable environment would love to come back soon! I had the stuffed mushrooms to go so no picture sorry! Waiter was nice we asked him to grab us to go boxes and a couple other things he didn't seem annoyed very polite!

Everytime we travel to this area we always stop here for the BEST Chicago style pizza ever! Yes, they can take 30 to 45 minutes to serve you but it's well worth it. No complaints. Their Gluten Free pizza is amazing and regular pizza is a family favorite. Avoid the bathrooms if you have allergies, asthma, chemical sensitivity ect as they use yucky synthetic air fresheners.
